Hidden Valley Ranch Stars

Such an easy appetizer that can be made and assembled ahead of time. This is great for parties when you actually want to be able to visit with your guests rather than be stuck in the kitchen for your entire party.

16 ounce roll of sausage (regular or hot)
2 cups colby jack cheese
½ cup diced red peppers, if desired
½ cup hidden valley ranch
1 package won ton wrappers (found by the vegetables in the grocery store)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Brown the sausage and allow to cool
3. Lightly glaze each wonton wrapper with oil and put into a muffin tin with the corners hanging out
4. Put in the oven until golden brown, about 5 minutes
5. Mix the cooled sausage, cheese, ranch, and diced red peppers
6. Fill the cooked cups and return them to the oven until all the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes
