Peanut Butter Popcorn

Do you love peanut butter? And caramel corn? I do too! That is why this is one of my favorite desserts and snacks! You have got to give this simple recipe a try. It shouldn't take you more than 15 minutes to make either. Note: I think it gets better once it gets to room temperature, but who are you kidding, you won't be able to wait that long.

Ingredients
2 bags of popped popcorn (if you use buttered it will give it the sweet and salty affect, if you use plain it will be much more peanut buttery)
1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions
1. Pop the popcorn in a microwave.
2. In a medium sauce pan, bring the corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Boil for at least 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat. Add in the peanut butter until completely combined. Add the vanilla.
4. Pour over the popcorn and stir until every piece is coated. Spread over wax paper to cool.
