We had girls night last week to celebrate one of our friends birthdays. She is trying to lose weight (crazy because she doesn't need it) so I decided to do a fruit dessert. My other friend has to eat gluten free; between the two of them, there were not many options. I made this fruit dip and it was TO DIE FOR! And I quote one of the girls ... "I want to just stick my hand in the container and eat a handful of this stuff." Anyways, super simple. Super tasty. Always a crowd pleaser!
1 7-ounce container marshmallow cream
1 8-ounce bar cream cheese
1. Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill and serve with fruit.
