Crispy Kale Chips
My friend Kelsey made these for me while I was in Arizona and I had to make them as soon as I got home. They were just as fantastic as I remember. I will definitely be making these on the regular! Thanks Kelsey!!!
Ingredients
1 head Kale, washed and thoroughly dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt for sprinkling
Directions.
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Lay on baking sheet. Toss with olive oil and salt.
3. Bake until crisp (but barely no brown), turning the leaves over halfway through (about 10-15 minutes total).
