Butterfinger Blondies

These were AMAZING! The recipe called for frosting. I made it, and hated it. I hate all frostings made with shortening! I think it should be illegal! And these bars were so good on their own, the definitely didn't need any frosting. My husband brought them to work and everyone LOVED them!


1 cup butter1 cup light brown sugar1/2 cup granulated sugar2 tsp vanilla2 eggs2 1/2 cups all purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp coarse sea salt2 cups coarsely chopped Butterfinger Bars (approx 16 “Fun Size” bars) 

Instructions1. Preheat oven to 350°2. Cream butter and sugars in mixing bowl.3. Add the vanilla and eggs and mix until incorporated.4. On low add your dry ingredients (flour, salt and baking soda) until just combined.5. Stir in your chopped Butterfinger.6. Spread in a 9×13 baking dish and bake for 25 minutes until center is JUST set. Remove from oven and cool completely.
