7 Layer Bean Dip

Can you think of a better way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo than with a good ol' fashioned 7 Layer Bean Dip? You have got to try this one!

2 cans refried beans
4 avacados
1 small onion, diced
3-4 roma tomatoes
1 medium container sour cream
1 package taco seasoning
2-3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small can sliced olives
1/2 bundle green onions for garnish (if desired)

1.Mix the refried beans and spred evenly in the bottom of a 9x13in pan
2.Mix 3 tablespoons (more or less to taste) taco seasoning into sour cream and spread evenly over refried beans.
2.Peel, remove center, and mash avacados. Add 1/4 diced onions and 1 diced roma tomato. Spred mixture evenly over the sour cream mixture.
4.Cover the top evenly with shredded cheese.
5. Spread evenly over top the remaining diced tomatoes, diced onions, and sliced olives.

(add ground beef on top of the refried beans if desired)
